Dr. Lodge McCammon has developed a simple approach to flipping classes while working with The Friday Institute at North Carolina State University.  His approach is based on having instructors create simple one-take videos that students can watch outside of class.  Class time can then be used to have students engage in activities that use what they have learned.  He calls this approach FIZZ.
