On Friday, January 9th, I gave a presentation on the Maryland Flipped Classroom Study for Higher Education at the 25th annual conference for the Association of Faculties for Advancement of Community College Teaching at Carroll Community College in Westminster Maryland. I was joined by Dr. Mary Robinson, Chair of the Department of English and Reading on the Germantown Campus, Professor Jennifer Capparella, Assistant Professor of Biological Sciences on Germantown Campus, and Professor Carla Best-Otubu, Professor of Nursing on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. A video of the presentation is below. It provides a convenient summary of the project. Our presentation lasted around 30 minutes and then there was a 30 minute question and answer session. It went well and was well attended. I want to thank Mary, Jennifer and Carla. Among other things, their support helped us convey the size of our team.
