Outgoing Chancellor Discusses Potential of Flipped Classrooms

William (Brit) Kirwan retired last month from his 13-year chancellorship of the University System of Maryland.  In an exit he described flipped classrooms as having “tremendous potential to move toward what is the holy grail: lower cost and higher quality education.”  You can find the interview here.
